Sin embargo el mayor desaf\u00edo no es iniciar un cambio, sino sostenerlo en el tiempo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A este concepto se lo conoce como <strong>adherencia<\/strong>. Que hace referencia a la capacidad de mantener conductas de forma constante, incluso cuando la motivaci\u00f3n disminuye o aparecen obst\u00e1culos cotidianos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 cuesta sostener h\u00e1bitos?<\/strong> Diversos estudios en ciencias del comportamiento muestran que iniciar un cambio suele ser relativamente sencillo, pero mantenerlo depende de m\u00faltiples factores:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; El entorno &#8211; El nivel de exigencia del cambio\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La planificaci\u00f3n &#8211; El tiempo disponible&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando los cambios son muy estrictos o poco realistas, la probabilidad de abandono aumenta. Cambiar h\u00e1bitos no depende \u00fanicamente de \u201ctener ganas\u201d , implica desarrollar estrategias que permitan integrar esos cambios en la vida diaria.
