Sin embargo, no hay una \u00fanica respuesta v\u00e1lida para todas las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lo que dice la evidencia es que <\/strong>La frecuencia de comidas puede variar seg\u00fan:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>h\u00e1bitos individuales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nivel de actividad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contexto diario<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s importante no es la cantidad exacta, sino la <strong>regularidad y calidad<\/strong> de la alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evitar extremos como largos per\u00edodos sin comer sin planificaci\u00f3n o el consumo constante sin registro<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n y la calidad de los alimentos suelen ser m\u00e1s importantes que el n\u00famero exacto de comidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos aspectos se trabajamos de forma personalizada dentro del programa de h\u00e1bitos saludables.
