Se desarrollan a lo largo del tiempo y est\u00e1n fuertemente influenciadas por los h\u00e1bitos diarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n es uno de los factores modificables m\u00e1s importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas bases importantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Priorizar alimentos frescos o m\u00ednimamente procesados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumentar el consumo de frutas y verduras&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incluir fuentes de fibra como legumbres, cereales integrales y semillas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moderar el consumo de productos ultraprocesados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar el exceso de sodio y az\u00facares agregados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La regularidad en las comidas y la organizaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cumplen un rol importante.
