{"id":588,"date":"2026-04-14T04:25:58","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T04:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/candeiak.com.ar\/nutriprofe\/?p=588"},"modified":"2026-04-14T04:27:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T04:27:08","slug":"hipertension-arterial-habitos-que-ayudan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/candeiak.com.ar\/nutriprofe\/hipertension-arterial-habitos-que-ayudan\/","title":{"rendered":"Hipertensi\u00f3n arterial: h\u00e1bitos que ayudan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La hipertensi\u00f3n arterial es una condici\u00f3n caracterizada por el aumento sostenido de la presi\u00f3n en las arterias, y constituye uno de los principales factores de riesgo cardiovascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En muchos casos no presenta s\u00edntomas, por lo que su prevenci\u00f3n es fundamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la alimentaci\u00f3n, los principales aspectos a considerar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reducir el consumo de sodio, especialmente proveniente de alimentos ultraprocesados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumentar el consumo de frutas y verduras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporar alimentos ricos en potasio como legumbres y vegetales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limitar el consumo de productos industrializados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante aclarar que gran parte del sodio consumido proviene de productos procesados y no la sal agregada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otros h\u00e1bitos que influyen directamente a la prevenci\u00f3n de la hipertensi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Realizar actividad f\u00edsica de forma regular<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantener un peso corporal adecuado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar el consumo excesivo de alcohol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar el estr\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos h\u00e1bitos saludables y b\u00fasqueda de alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, como el basado en alimentos frescos, se asocia con un menor riesgo de desarrollar hipertensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante aclarar que estas estrategias son preventivas y no reemplazan el tratamiento m\u00e9dico en personas con diagn\u00f3stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La hipertensi\u00f3n arterial suele no presentar s\u00edntomas, por lo que muchas veces pasa desapercibida. Por eso, realizar controles peri\u00f3dicos es fundamental para su detecci\u00f3n temprana y prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ten\u00e9s antecedentes familiares, no se trata de preocuparse, sino de ocuparse. Y si no los ten\u00e9s, eso no significa que el riesgo no exista.
