Hoy se sabe que cumple un rol fundamental en la salud general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El m\u00fasculo es un tejido activo que participa en procesos metab\u00f3licos clave, como la regulaci\u00f3n de la glucosa, el mantenimiento del peso corporal y la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el trabajo de fuerza contribuye a mejorar la postura, reducir el riesgo de lesiones, aumentar la masa \u00f3sea y favorecer la autonom\u00eda funcional a lo largo del tiempo. A pesar de esto, muchas personas no lo incluyen en su rutina o lo hacen sin una progresi\u00f3n adecuada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El error m\u00e1s frecuente es no planificar. Sin progresi\u00f3n de cargas o est\u00edmulos, el cuerpo deja de adaptarse y los resultados se frenan.
